Building the SETI-COM in Zombies in Spaceland - Infinite Warfare

Secrets: Elemental Weapon Upgrades -- Turning On Power -- Pack A Punch -- N31L Upgrade --

Buildables: SETI-COM -- Face Melter -- Shredder -- Headcutter -- Exquisite Arcane -- Dischord

Easter Egg Guide: Part 1 -- Part 2 --

Hi guys,

this is a guide on how to build the SETI-COM in Infinite Warfare Zombies. For many years projects such as SETI have been searching for signs of life on other planets and trying to make contact with extra terrestrial beings......spending probably millions of dollars in the process building radar telescopes looking into space, distributed computing software programs to process the results using idle computers around the world etc and failed.

One place we didn't fail though was in the players of Infinite Warfare who have successfully made contact with an Extra Terrestrial being from another planet. All it took was an Umbrella, a Boombox and a Calculator. How the geniuses at SETI, NASA etc missed that one, we will never know,

If you want to summon an E.T. being, this is how you do it, Whether he comes in peace or wants to blow up everything in site...its on your head. My guess is, based on most alien movies, he will want to kick our butts to take over our planet. Only one way to find out, lets see how to ask him.

3 Parts Needed:
  • Umbrella
  • Boombox
  • Calculator
These 3 parts of course have 3 different spawn locations each.

Part 1 - Calculator - "These locations don't add up"

Location 1
One of the spawn locations for the calculator is just in front of the Pack-A-Punch portal, sitting on a bench. This must be used for dialling in the co-ordinates to align the umbrella which will act as our radar dish.

Location 2
It is also sitting on the picnic table with 4 chairs taking a rest on the seat that's facing you, just beside the Bomb Poppers Perk Machine.

Location 3
In the arcade place, on top of one of the rubbish bins. The hard core gamers back in the day played these arcade games from dusk till dawn....or until their fingers and thumbs where numb from all the button bashing. Gaming legends where born in arcade places like this.

Part 2 - Umbrella - "Its raining cats and dogs out there....oh and aliens"

Location 1
In the Polar Peak gift shop on the counter top, near the tills. I would rather have a pair of ski's to be honest when halfway up a mountain, but it would be rude not to accept the gift of an umbrella...I do live in Northern Ireland where it seems to rain 24/7....could come in handy.

Location 2
Near Star Mission where Tough Enough is located. It is lying on the floor in the corner, just to the right of a control panel on a half wall. Some fliers are also on the ground near it.

Location 3
Right in front of Polar Peak main entrance, to the right of it there is a red bench. The umbrella could also be lying here on the bench, just to the right of the multi coloured, multi slide.

Part 3 - Boombox - "Turn that racket off!"

Location 1
In the main spawn area, the lower level section, beside a yellow food cart that says "Proto-popcorn" on it.

Location 2
Sitting on the counter of the Moonlight Café just below the menu boards written in chalk.

Location 3
In the downstairs kitchen area next to the Racing Stripes Machine. On the kitchen work top the boombox is just sitting there on the work top to the right of the coffee machine.

Once you pick up the final piece, which can be done in any order of course, you will have completed searching for the 3 items and your SETI-COM build bar will look as pretty as a picture like this:

Now we need to find the Hoff himself, David the DJ, who is going to take the parts we have, tinker with it a bit and ask you come back a few rounds later, after he has made some modifications to it. Simply find him on the map at COSMIC TUNES and hold the use button on him. When you walk up to him it will prompt "Hold to talk to the DJ", do it and your done!

After a few rounds, check after 3 or 4, and he should hand it back to you in all its erm....scientific glory.

If stuck, please check out GRIZZombies video below which is excellent at showing these locations for you:

Thanks for reading as always guys.

Zombies In Spaceland Easter Egg Guide Part 2 - Infinite Warfare Zombies

Secrets: Elemental Weapon Upgrades -- Turning On Power -- Pack A Punch -- N31L Upgrade --

Buildables: SETI-COM -- Face Melter -- Shredder -- Headcutter -- Exquisite Arcane -- Dischord

Easter Egg Guide: Part 1 -- Part 2 --

Step 3 - This map feels Alien to me....time to stop clowning around

Once you have defeated all the crazy clowns from Step 2, its time to meet your maker from another dimension. Once you kill the last clown, head over to the Pack A Punch portal and you will see a red beam of light being emitted from it. Once you get there, it will all become clear that this is where the alien menace has spawned.

In solo play, we have to:
  • Down the Alien a total of 3 times
  • Knife him in the back when he goes down the first 2 times
  • Simply shoot him till he is vaporised and is killed the 3rd time he goes down
In Co-op play:
  • Each player has to kill an alien!
It is much easier to defeat him on single player than it is on multiplayer, but both scenarios are totally doable. We are zombie slayers I mean come on no fight is too difficult to us, even if it is being from another galaxy, we earthlings kick ass....period!

Now when the boss fight starts, the alien will start teleporting all over the place, up on rooftops, at ground level like a madman. What you have to do is simply keep shooting him as many times as you can, preferably with Pack A Punched weapons or wonder weapons every chance you get, until he goes down.

When he goes down, he will emit a bubble type shield around him giving you an indication that when the shield disappears, there will be a brief moment you can knife him in the back. When you knife him in the back, it will allow you to take one of the 2 fuses he has on his back pack. You need to down him a total of 2 times, each time waiting for the opportune moment when he does go down to perform this knifing action to collect both fuses.

The third time once you keep shooting him for a while, he will not go down but simply die.

Some of the aliens attacks and abilities include:
  • teleport instantly
  • shield attack, downing you instantly sometimes if stuck in corner
  • blaster attack

He also has a health meter on his chest, if you can spare a moment to take a look at while your running your butt off for your life, which will either be a constant green, meaning he has full health, a yellow colour, meaning you have damaged him significantly and should be down to half health, and red where he is about to croak it and go down.

Make sure when you down him you have left enough space between any zombies you are training and enough room to get behind the alien, knife him and take the fuses in his back pack he is carrying. If you shoot him and he goes down but zombies are blocking your path to him or slowing you down, he may get up again and you may have missed your chance. Each time he goes down and you knife him, you will get a MAX AMMO for your troubles, so try not to waste a single shot on any of your weapons when fighting him, make every shot count.

If he goes down and you are not able to reach him with the knifing action, and you have ran out of ammo, when he gets back up again, killing a single zombie will make a MAX AMMO spawn, so do not worry about ammo running out.

If you want a great tip from MrDalekJD, check out his video below which will auto start at the point he encounters the alien. He has some great tactics in relation to running in a figure 8 shape while fighting the alien which makes it soooo much easier trust me:

Alien Tips Video:

When the alien is resting in pieces, a nuke will go off and reward you with a juicy 1000xp points for your troubles. Now if you head over to the Pack A Punch teleporter, the aliens fuses will be sitting in front of it. Pick up these fuses and head into the Pack A Punch machine.

These fuses will allow you to DOUBLE PACK A PUNCH weapons, oh hell yeah! only after you blow up a huge floating UFO that's trying to kill you....naturally of course :)

Step 4 - You already Punched me now your punching me again?

When inside Pack A Punch, go up to the machine and install the alien fuses you picked up before coming here in the machine by holding the USE button on them.

Then when you head back through the portal back to the main spawn area, you will notice there is another giant UFO above you. When you move around the map, this UFO will follow you around. From time to time, it will fire out the blue energy balls like the Alien Boss' gun did, and will hit you the odd time. this will only damage you and not down you instantly, unless you have just been hit by 2 or 3 zombies a second or two ago.

When we want to do is now head over to the SPACELAND sign which is lit up with PINK NEON style lights and on the back of it you will notice 5 square lights that are glowing BLUE. Simply shoot each of the lights and these will turn to ORANGE. When you have shot all of the lights, an energy beam will be projected from this sign, into the PACK A PUNCH portal, which will then relay it through the PACK A PUNCH machine and fire it into the giant UFO.

This will cause significant damage to the UFO making it lose control and crashing into Peak Mountain. You must wait though until the UFO is hovering above the Pack A Punch portal otherwise you could miss.

Once the UFO is destroyed, you can pick up the SOUL KEY in front of the PACK A PUNCH portal, allowing you to DOUBLE PACK A PUNCH weapons.

Still stuck? Check out the video below for the FULL GUIDE from MrDalekJD:

This is a lot shorter than most Easter Eggs and out of all the zombies maps, is probably the most doable on single player so it is definitely worth a look in if you haven't got yourself a copy of Infinite Warfare yet.

Thanks for reading as always guys.

Zombies In Spaceland Easter Egg Guide - Infinite Warfare Zombies

Secrets: Elemental Weapon Upgrades -- Turning On Power -- Pack A Punch -- N31L Upgrade --

Buildables: SETI-COM -- Face Melter -- Shredder -- Headcutter -- Exquisite Arcane -- Dischord

Easter Egg Guide: Part 1 -- Part 2 --

Hi guys,

here is the start of the full Easter Egg Guide for "Zombies in Spaceland" for Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare. This is one crazy, fun and whacky level that will keep you entertained for hours, not just for the enjoyment of slaughtering zombies, but also in the little mini games and arcade machines that are dotted around the map to keep you busy.

The Easter Egg can be completed on Solo or Co-op mode it doesn't matter, however it is easier of course the more players you have, as it means the more guns, firepower and kick ass backup you will have to rescue you out of tight spots. In solo mode if you go down of course, you have only yourself to blame when things go wrong.

Lets get started on the main Easter Egg to get closer to obtaining the "Soul Key" East Egg achievement for this map.

Step 1 - Space....the final frontier!

First of all before we do anything we need to have done the following actions:
  • Opened up the entire map fully, allowing ease of access to each of the areas
  • The power switched on to bring Spaceland to life
  • Found all 3 parts and built the SETI COMM
  • Used the portals within the map to reach the Pack A Punch machine at least once

Once all of these have completed, in the round following these completed steps, you will notice in the POLAR PEAK MOUNTAIN area, there will be a UFO which will start to flash all different colours, making the whole level shake, as well as a strange sound being played. This indicates, no your not being abducted....I know what your thinking, that you can now actually start to do the Easter Egg.

Now you need to find the DJ that appears on the map. This can be in one of 3 locations as he is very in demand and popular with his wheels of steel
  • Kepler
  • Journey Into Spaceland
  • Bang Bangs (Outside Polar Peak)

When you find the DJ, request a track if you like but he probably won't have it, go up to him and press the USE button on him. He will then hand you over the SETI COMM which you must take and place around the map in a total of 3 locations. There is in total, 7 different locations that the SETI COMM can be placed in, however you will only have to place it in 3 of these locations and as you guessed, the locations changes each time you play or the SETI COMM gets destroyed in.

The locations you can place the SETI COMM down in are:

  • Polar Peak Gift Shop
  • Coloured Fountain Outside Bang Bangs
  • Keplar System area, fountain beside the giant crocodile mouth
  • Journey Into Space area in front of the spinning trap
  • Underground kitchen next toe Stamin-Up perk machine
  • Bumper cars area
  • Polar Peak Entrance

You know you have arrived at the correct locations in your play through as the screen will start to shake when you come close or walk over an active location that you can place the SETI COMM. Running over the areas means the shaking will not take place and you may bypass this placement location.

Remember back to your school days like the teacher says in the playground, walk don't run! Mind you ,you didn't have a giant killer zombie chasing you at that point like we are dealing with here....guess that's why rules were meant to be broken....cause of zombies.

Once the SETI COMM has been placed down, you must defend it from zombies who will attack and try to destroy the device. You must defend it from the zombies, sort of like the Shrines in Zetsubou No Shima in Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 if you remember. When you place it for the first time, it will be down for a total of 60 seconds you will need to defend it from destruction. An icon will appear on the SETI COMM showing its current health and the amount of time it has left before you have completed this defence placement.

If the SETI COMM is destroyed, a nuke will go off, don't worry you have your nuclear deterrent sun cream on, and you will have to run back to the DJ wherever he currently is, hold USE on him, and he will give you a new one to repeat the process over again.

When you successfully complete a defending location, a nuke will go off again and spawn a MAX AMMO powerup for your troubles. Pick up the SETI COMM and you will have to play through to the end of the current round you are on in order to activate the next defence spawn location to place the SETI COMM down on. The next area however, the SETI COMM timer will be at 90 seconds instead of 60, making it a little bit tougher to hold onto it.

The third area you place it down on will be the most difficult as it has a timer of 2 minutes to be defended so be prepared and get as many traps built, weapon power ups and perks etc. that you will need before taking on this last part as it is not an easy feat.

Step 2 - Speaker up....I don't like your tone

Once all the SETI COMM locations have been defended against the zombies hordes, you will need to find the DJ again and press the USE button on him again. He will give you a cool speaker, probably not Bose or Sonos, that will be placed in 4 locations which are:

In front of Journey Into Space area
In front of Kepler area
Area just before Polar Peak
In front of the Pack A Punch Portal

These locations will be marked with a golden style circular disc. You simply just press the USE button to place the speaker on top of these discs. Once all four speakers have been placed, you just need to go over to one and press the USE button which will say "Press to play tone". This is all you do if playing in SOLO mode.

If playing in Co-op mode, the speakers play different tones, and you need to play them in sequence starting from the speaker with the lowest tone, up to the one with the highest tone. When you get the correct sequence, you will see the speakers emitting a different coloured light from them, letting you know you have done this correctly.

Now what you must do is write down, or remember if you have a good photo graphic memory, which colours are allocated to which speakers. This is because they will quickly disappear once the giant UFO appears overhead. Each location where you placed a speaker will have its own colour and this changes totally randomly every play through so if you have wrote the colours down at each of the locations from a previous play through, they more than likely will not be the same as before.

The four colours to remember are:
Red
Green
Blue
Yellow

All these colours take reference to the giant UFO hovering above your head that's set to start an interstellar war and wipe out the human race on earth if you type the wrong sequence into it......just kidding.....there's not as much pressure on you as that. If you get the sequence wrong and confirm it, submit it to the UFO, it will NOT spawn the brute you are going to fight.

The UFO will emit, kind of like the game again in most zombies maps called Simon says, a colour sequence that you need to write down or memorise. You then need to repeat these sequences by playing the tones from the speakers, each speaker is related to the colours you seen before the colours disappeared. You will have a certain amount of time to input these sequences once the UFO has emitted the pattern. Basically do all 4 ASAP, pronto, don't hold onto your horses....try and do it the same speed Usain Bolt does the 100m sprint in.

Once you have got the correct code, the UFO will flash indicating this part is complete. It will then start emitting another pattern of colours a few minutes later which you must also complete in the same way you done the previous colour sequence. Then another sequence of colours, making it a total of 3 colour sequences need to be completed.

You will know you have done it correctly as you will hear Willard Wyler quotes being heard as he spawns in some scary crazy clowns to help kill you, as if the zombies weren't enough right?

Kill them all so we can move onto the next step.

Unsure of any of the steps? Then check out MrDalekJD's video below for tips:

Mega Mix Musical Radio in Revelations Zombies - Black ops 3

Map Layout: Full Map Layout

Easter Egg: Part 1 -- Part 2 -- Part 3 -- Part 4

Secrets: 7 Helmet Guide -- Secret Melee Weapons -- Al's (Weasel) Hat --

Musical Easter Eggs: "The Gift" -- Radio Compilation --

Hi guys,

here is another one of the musical Easter Egg within the awesome Revelations Zombies map in Call Of Duty Black Ops 3. This is one of the best ones as it activates an old radio that appears to play every single song that has been on any zombies map....ever!

This world war 2 style radio was the Ipod back in the day during war times and usually broadcast bad news about war, mainly about losses sustained, enemy movements, news broadcasts and how well the country was doing in battle. This zombies radio however puts the doom and gloom away and whips out a disco ball instead to cheer up this part of Revelations i.e. the Nacht Der Untoten section of the map.

The radio appears after activating 4 different switches in Nacht Der Untoten section. 2 Switches are on the ground floor and 2 are on the upper floor. All you have to do is find them, press the USE button on them to activate them, and then run to the area shown where the radio will then appear on top of a wooden crate.

They didn't have Bluetooth controls, nor remote controls to change the tracks, however this radio has a novel way of pausing and changing tracks, which if performed on any modern radio today, would see it heading for the dump straight after your attempt.

The Key Point to note is:
  • Press the buttons as quickly as possible to initiate the radio spawn
  • Buttons can be pressed in any order

Lets find out the locations of these button switches...

2 Switches on lLwer Level of Nacht Der Untoten

Button 1 is in the corner of Nacht Der Untoten where there is a broken wall on the left in a corner, along with a door that's slightly ajar looking out into the abyss and a little bit of rubble to the right of it. Simply run up to it, hit the USE button until you hear the strange sound activate, letting you know you have done it correctly. The picture below should help you pin point the location to a T.

Button 2 is almost symmetrical to the first button on the opposite side of the ground floor. From button 1, simply spin around and run past the stairs which are on the left, then follow the short wall on the left until you come to the corner of this side of the map. Button 2 is on the wall in that corner playing hide and seek on you. The wall it is on is all cracked and crumbling...looks like their plasterer done a terrible job building this bunker. The picture below pin points Button 2 even more precisely than GPS could.

2 Switches on Upper Level of Nacht Der Untoten

Button 3 is literally on the stairs that lead up to the second floor of Nach Der Untoten bunker. When heading up the stairs, turn to the right and the switch will be located in the corner on the wall. These are the stairs that do not lead directly into the room that Juggernaut is located....they are the other flight of stairs.  Do what you do best and hold that USE button to activate it and move on up the stairs to go onto Button 4. Picture below.

Button 4 is located in the room where Juggernaut is located, which if coming up the stairs from Button 3, you can simply enter through the open door way to locate. Look for the other flight of stairs and head over to the top of them and look behind the part of wall that sticks out slightly just beside this flight of stairs. You will see another button located on this wall. Simply hit USE and then you are ready to start DJ'ing downstairs in the bunker with your new radio.

Once all 4 buttons have been pressed in time, you will hear Samantha laughing letting you know she is ready to get on the dance floor. Head down to the bottom floor again and over to where the Random Crate spawns, if it is not hear the teddy will be sitting on top of the boxes to the left, and locate the wooden crate with the wings symbol on it. The radio will appear on top of it.

Now the controls for the radio are a little strange:
  • To Play - Shoot it
  • Skip Tracks - Shoot it again
  • To Stop - Knife it

Please don't try this one your radio at home!

In all there is about 15 tracks or so on this thing, it is great to chill out and take a break from zombie slaughtering for a few minutes. However it can only be heard when going through teleporters in the background or in the Nacht Der Untoten area of the map.

Still unsure how to activate this musical master piece? Check out NGTZombies video below to give you step by step guide to activating this Easter Egg.

Thanks for reading guys as always and enjoy!
